General:KEY-LOCK security doors are reinforced steel doors with a multi-bolt security lock.

It is not just a door, it is a complete protective system for the entrance to your home. KEY-LOCK security doors are built of two 1.25mm thick galvanized steel panels, the edges of which are welded to five longitudinal steel bars at over 200 different points. The gaps between the panels and the cross bars are filled with polystyrene or rock wool which are designed to provide thermal and acoustic insulation.

The door is finished with a wood grain vinyl that comes in various colours e.g. Walnut3, Walnut8, Walnut15, White, Mahogany,Alon16, Katif 2 qne Pearlscent.


Door Frame: KEY-LOCK security doors are supplied with frames which are built directly into the building during construction (or at any other time) by cementing to the walls of the building using fixing foam.

The frame is made of 1.5mm thick galvanized steel and comprises of four sections which are assembled in the building site for easy transportation.The frame comes complete with hinges, connectors & security bolt-holes.
Once the finishing work of the building is complete, the door can simply be hung directly on the frame.

The overall height of a constructed frame is 2100mm. The wall cavity height should be from 2130-2170mm.

The final height of the door is achieved with the aid of a 150mm telescopic "insert", which adds to the door height between 30mm to a maximum of 120mm.
